With a view to constantly improve and rise up to the challenges faced in sustainable growth, Messier-Bugatti is committed to :
Ensuring that the protection of staff and the environment is an intangible and priority principle in our sites and subsidiaries;
Eliminating, minimizing and preventing all risks associated with our day-to-day activities, during normal or degraded operation, in order to ensure the proper health and safety of everyone and to prevent work accidents and environmental mishaps;
Ensuring at all times, that all activities conducted on our sites comply with applicable or issued legal, statutory and contractual requirements;
Promoting the application of technologies that can be used to eliminate, minimize and prevent risks for individuals and the environment, from the design stage onwards and for all stages in the life cycle of our products and services;
Cooperating with our partners, customers, suppliers and authorities to perfect our products and procedures;
Implementing action plans that define objectives, design managers and decide production timeframes;
Giving a sense of responsibility to staff and encouraging individual and joint initiatives in the fields of health, safety and the environment.
Managers must ensure the application of this policy along with its circulation to their respective staff members and their active participation, as well as the fulfillment of our commitments.
